We've lost a visionary and creative genius in Mr. Steve Jobs. This man truly was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. What made this man such a successful genius was being himself. He showed off his character and ideas for the world to see. Staying hungry and staying foolish is what made Mr. Steve Jobs into a great successor in history. He accomplished his dreams and never gave up. Truly an inspiration in my book. I just want to say thank you for sharing your dreams with us and making technology what it is today. May you rest in peace Mr. Steve Jobs. Goodbye. Photo Credit: Apple.comChange 09/06/2011

Example of Awesome Printing! 11/16/2010
I was looking for some inspiration today and I came across this piece on DeviantART. This print piece your looking at is called "Digital Greatness" designed by graphic designer LouieHitman. To me this truly demonstrates technique and skills of an awesome print. The color scheme works well together, the type is arranged perfectly, the style is urban (which I find to be cool), it's an eye catcher, and it's well organized. I truly give Louiehitman his mad props because these type of print designs don't come easy. Great job! Digital Greatness by: LouieHitman aka Chris W. Yes my friends it's true. A Super Mario Bros. self-made video game exclusively for the PC (Windows) combined each level from the original Super Mario Bros 1 & 2 (The Lost Levels) into one giant 5 part level platform which includes the castle, outworld, underworld, and underwater stages. I couldn't believe it myself! A five part Super Bros. level?! This surely made me go into an "ah" phase since I'm a big fan of the series. Anyways great job to whomever worked on this project. Check out the Youtube video below and enjoy! And too make sure to download and play this game. It's actually fun until you run into the ship that shoots canon balls :( Finally some television worth watching! The man is back everybody! Conan O'Brien!!! Found this awesome illustration of Conan on Twitter today it was designed by Yiying Lu. I'm truly a supporter / a huge fan of Conan O'Brien. I'm glad he's back on television. Again welcome back CoCo! The Art of Kabuki 10/01/2010
Came across this short film trailer the other day called "Junko's Shamisen" and I found it pretty cool. The aspect and concept of this story was truly unique and amazing. Two things I love the most about Japan is it's culture and art. Mixing traditional style of Kabuki theater art with urban "Sin City" like style designs is a win for me. Check out the trailer below and tell me what you think. I may have to pay $2.50 out of my wallet to watch this bad boy. Til again this D signing out. See you next time! Love & peAce! |
